“ I couldnt get their app to work to save money. Their website says you have to order through their app. I ended up calling them to see if I could order if I came into the store. They replied yes. It takes a minute to get your food. They put alot of meat in their sandwiches. ”

“ Finally got to visit after coming here 3 times in a row and it was closed. Dee and Chaz were so nice and polite. They fixed my food perfectly and even laughed at my corny jokes! Edit I returned after several visits and I can not remember her name, although she wrote it down for me, but was a new employee, I want to say manager. She also works at Taco Bell. She was working so hard as they were busy with only 2 of them working. She still was very polite and remade my previous order that was made wrong with no issue. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism as well as the older man that was on shift with her. ”

“ Weve been going here for nearly 9 years and weve never had a bad experience. We are always greeted warmly, the staff is always friendly when they take our order and get it out to us quickly. In all this time weve never had a mistake with an order which is astounding in my opinion. Great sandwiches though my favorites are the Italian and the beef and cheddar brisket. ”

“ Updated review I will leave my original review below. But I have returned to this located multiple times since. Vast improvement with employees. Service has been top notch, extremely polite and professional. Prompt phone service and food was fresh and served quickly. The restaurant felt and appeared cleaner than before and even with my schedule forcing me closer to closing time they where very helpful and didnt make me feel unwanted or anything. Tiffany, Jacob and I know I will butcher his spelling but I believe it was Jahserra tonight all gave A service and provided good fresh food and a clean restaurant. Original This location has gone very far down hill and is full of people who dont want to do their jobs. Multiple times have I come in and they refuse to make more tea, they wont take phone orders if they even answer the phone. And now twice Ive been flat out refused service walking in an hour before they close. tonight being a third time and it was 45 minutes before they close. This is on top of extremely slow and inaccurate service. Edit I was contacted by someone who took my comments seriously and I feel they are trying to do right. once I see issues such as those above resolved I will edit and update my review. ”
